The Lorain County Solid Waste Management District would like to congratulate our 2023 Billboard Contest Winners.
Students with winning drawings were invited to the May 16, 2023 Board of Commissioners meeting, where they received a certification from the Board of Commissioners, a $50 gift card sponsored by the Lorain County Visitors Bureau, and a mini replica of their billboard.

This year we had over 1,400 submissions! Thank you to all of the students that participated!
