The Lorain County Workforce Development Agency is the local sub-recipient of federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding distributed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and has been designated by the Lorain County Workforce Development Board to be the One-Stop Operator and provider of Career Services for the WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. This funding supports the operation of OhioMeansJobs Lorain County and the coordination and delivery of services.
