About Lorain County's Regional Airport

A view of the airportThe Lorain County Regional Airport (LCRA) is a department of the Board of Commissioners and receives local operating funding exclusively from user fees.

The LCRA's mission is to serve as a safe and reliable general aviation-reliever airport, while at the same time providing a level of aeronautical services commensurate with the needs of the flying public.

These activities must be framed within the context of the Airport's ability to sustain itself financially. It is by these means that the Airport can continue to attract economic development and serve the citizens of our area.
