The duties of the Lorain County Community College Board of Trustees include: to hold and sell the real and personal property for purpose of college; accept gifts, grants, etc, for support of college; appoint administrative officers, faculty, staff; develop and adopt the curricular programs, establish schedules of fees and tuition; authorize, approve, ratify or confirm any agreement relating to college and more.
Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Trustees is determined for the year at the annual organizational meeting. Meetings are held during the months of January, March, April, June, and September. Meeting dates, times, and locations of meetings can be found on the Board of Trustees Public Meetings website.
